Our training combines prospecting systems development, tactic development, simulations and real time engagement with prospects. We work with you to:

  1. Understand what technology you use and incorporate that into the training. Do you use Insideview, Salesloft, Toutapp or Yesware?
  2. Understand your target prospects and use that to define clear messaging to create engagement
  3. Develop a 30 - 90 Day implementation plan that includes a standardised working schedule to track and measure

The end result is a team of prospectors who are energised to go out and prospect and have the latest tools and processes to allow them to do it.

Predictable Presentations

This is cutting edge 'how to run first engagement' training. It is designed for Sales Development Reps (SDR's) that also undertake Discovery Calls and Product Demonstrations as well as Account Executives who have that as their main focus. Our training combines a value based presentation strategy, tactic development, simulations and real time engagement with prospects. We work with you to:

  1. Understand your current sales structure. Who presents to propsects? Where is the handover? How is that process managed? Do you schedule time or do you run hot transfers?
  2. Understand your target prospects and use that to build a question based presentation structure and playbook to add value to your prospects.
  3. Develop a 30 - 90 Day implementation plan to imbed the structures, questions, presentation sections and calls to actions.

The end result is a team of product and service presenters who are energised to engage with prospects and have the latest tools and processes to allow them to do it.

Linkedin Prospecting

This is cutting edge 'how to open doors using LinkedIn' training. It is designed for Sales Development Reps (SDR's), Account Executives, Business Development Managers and anyone that wants to create new business using the number 1 B2B platform.  This isn't a theory based session. We will work delegates profiles, networks and make real live connections in the training. We work with you to:

  1. Understand what your target market is and then determine the type  of people to approach.
  2. Understand your goals for new business generation using LinkedIn.
  3. Develop a schedule of activities for all delegates to systemise LinkedIn in prospecting into their busy schedules.

This isn't a standard 'how to use LinkedIn' workshop that you could get from your Chamber Of Commerce. This is a workshop where we introduce at least 7 key concepts that few (if any) people are using to generate business on LinkedIn, such as trigger events, combining outbound cold emailing with LinkedIn and more...The end result is a team of prospectors who are energised to go out and prospect and have the latest tools and processes to allow them to do it. This is a 1 day Workshop.
